We ship to a selection of EU countries. You'll find all countries, shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds and delivery times on our shipping page. Orders paid on a working day are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Yes. When your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping e-mail with a tracking link (where the carrier provides one). You can also check your order status via the link in your order confirmation.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. The easiest way is our withdrawal function. After that, you send the item back within 14 days. All details are on the returns page.

If you change your mind, the cost of sending the item back is for you. If the item is defective or we sent you the wrong one, we cover the return costs. Either way, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs you paid for delivery.

Payments are handled by our payment provider Mollie. You can pay with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, credit or debit card and Apple Pay. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Yes. You pay in Mollie's secure payment environment. We never see or store your card details — we only receive a confirmation that your payment succeeded.

All prices on our website are in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in your cart and at checkout, before you pay.

Yes. Every PromptBuddie is an original character, designed by us and inspired by AI and developer culture. They're not official merchandise of any brand or company.

Our plush toys comply with the applicable EU toy safety law, including CE marking. The age grade, safety warnings and the details of the manufacturer are shown on each product page. Please read them before giving a plush to a young child.

Care and washing instructions differ per product and are listed on each product page and on the label. Browse the shop to find your buddy's page.

The battle is a live, playful competition between Team Orange and Team Green. The scoreboard counts how many plush toys have been sold for each team. Pick your side — or just watch the scores move.

Buying something is never required to enjoy the site or follow the battle.

Only real, paid sales count. Purchases that are refunded or withdrawn are subtracted from the score. We never add fake or simulated numbers to the live scoreboard.

In the community section you can vote on new plush concepts. You don't need an account: everyone gets one vote per round. We enforce this with an anonymous, functional cookie and a few abuse limits — we never store your IP address in raw form.

Vote results are indicative: they help us decide what to design next, but they don't create a right to a specific product or release date.

Both use double opt-in: after signing up you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link, and only after you click it are you subscribed. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every e-mail.

For items that aren't available yet, use “Notify me” on the product. We'll send you one e-mail when the item can be ordered.
