About your right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving any reason. This right follows from Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673. In line with these rules, we offer an online withdrawal function on this page so you can withdraw as easily as you placed your order.

Deadline

The withdrawal period is 14 days. It starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods. If your order was delivered in several parts, the period starts on the day after you received the last item.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the period has expired.

How the online withdrawal function works

  1. Click the withdrawal button on this page to open the form.
  2. Fill in your name, e-mail address, order number and the items you want to return.
  3. Optionally, tell us why you are returning the item. Giving a reason is never required.
  4. Click the confirmation button to send your withdrawal.

After confirming, you immediately see an acknowledgement on screen and we send it to you by e-mail (a durable medium). It contains your reference number and the date and time we received your withdrawal. Keep this e-mail for your records.

What happens next

  • Return the goods within 14 days after the day you notified us of your withdrawal, to: [company name — to be completed], [address — to be completed].
  • We refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
  • The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. See our returns policy for all details.
